How to register
a litter with HSDAA-
step by step

Step 1:
As soon as the litter is whelped, download the following form, and fill it out. Hit "email" up in the upper left- save the information to a file on your computer and send it to registration_secretary@havanasilkdog.org as an email attachment. Then print out the completed form and mail it to the Registration Secretary at the address on the form.
You will then receive a litter registration number by email. Assign each of the puppies an individual number (do this by simply adding 01, 02, 03, etc. to the litter #) and use these numbers on your BAER test forms and sales contracts.

Step 2:
Once the puppies have been placed and registered names have been chosen, download the form below by clicking the icon and fill it out with the puppies' registered names and the names and addresses of their happy new owners. Registration certificates will be sent directly to the new owners. (Any puppies being "run on" should be registered to the breeder at this point and may be transferred at a later date if subsequently placed.)
